ABOUT CIT COORG
CIT Coorg established in 1999, was sponsored by the Kodava Education Society with the primary aim of providing quality technical education to the aspiring students from Kodagu district and other parts of the country. CIT is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and recognized by the Government of Karnataka.

Electronics & Communication has made the world smaller, smarter & faster connecting the world together. The Electronics & Communication Engineering department was established in the year 1999 at Coorg Institute of Technology. The Department has consistently maintained an excellent academic record.
CIVIL ENGINEERING
Civil Engineering is the oldest and broadest discipline of Engineering which maintains the foundation for our modern society by implementing a range of public and private projects to improve the physical infrastructure and environment. A Civil Engineer comprehends and integrates scientific principles with engineering experience to plan, design and construct the modern infrastructure to enhance the quality of life.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The department of Mechanical Engineering was started in the year 2010 and has made remarkable achievements during this journey. The department is one of the youngest and the finest departments of the college. Our aim is to be a centre of excellence in the field of Mechanical Engineering where the best of teaching, learning and research synergize.
