DESCRIPTION:A 12-day Certificate Course on CATIA V6 was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering from 10th to 22nd February 2025. The course was conducted in association with Climb India Pvt. Ltd.\, Chennai\, a reputed training partner in the field of CAD/CAM solutions. It was designed exclusively for 2nd and 3rd year Mechanical Engineering students to enhance their skills in 3D modeling and product design. The program included hands-on training sessions\, enabling students to gain practical exposure to industrial design tools and techniques.

SUMMARY:30-YARD CRICKET LEAGUE – 2K25
DESCRIPTION:The interdepartmental “30-Yard Cricket League – 2K25” was held on 22nd February \, 2025\, at the CIT Sports Ground. The one-day tournament featured six teams competing in a two-pool league format\, promoting teamwork and inter-departmental bonding. The competition highlighted excellent sportsmanship and concluded with a valedictory ceremony attended by Chief Guest Mr. Ramesh Muddappa K N and Principal Dr. M. Basavaraj\, making the event a great success. The winners received ₹3\,333 and a trophy\, while the runners-up were awarded ₹2\,222 along with a trophy. Individual honours were also presented: Sagar N V (8th semester\, AI&ML) was named the Most Valuable Player for his outstanding all-round performance and leadership\, and Darshan (6th semester\, CS&E) received the Best Bowler award for his impressive bowling skills.
