DESCRIPTION:The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized two days workshop on “Cloud Computing” from 6th May 2025 to 07th May 2025.The program was organized for third year students. The inaugural ceremony was conducted in the 3rd floor seminar hall. The resource person of the event was Mr. Sanjay Srivatsa\, Corporate Trainer & Consultant\, Dhyasin Technosoft Pvt. Ltd\, Banglore. Students of 6th semester Ms. Lanchana welcomed the gathering\, Ms. Varshitha delivered vote of thanks\, Ms. Kavina was the Master of Ceremony. Dr. M Basavaraj\, Principal and Prof. Daina K K\, the Head of the Department\, Computer Science and Engineering\, all department HOD’s and teaching staff were present in the program.

SUMMARY:Ramakrishna Sharadha Ashram Old Age Home

The visit began with the students presenting handmade greeting cards to the 22 resident inmates\, followed by a series of engaging activities including passing the ball\, musical chairs\, a lively group dance\, and the sharing of life experiences that created a deep sense of connection across generations. The joyful moments were complemented by a hi-tea session featuring homemade snacks and sweets\, culminating in a shared lunch. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students and\ninmates\, making it a truly memorable and enriching experience for all involved.

SUMMARY:Outreach Programme
DESCRIPTION:The Department of Computer Science organized an outreach programme on 24th May 2025 for the students of 4th and 6th semester. The objective of the programme was to provide students with practical exposure beyond the classroom through industrial and cultural visits. As part of the programme\, students visited the Nandini Milk Dairy\, operated by the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF)\, where they were introduced to the functioning of milk processing\, packaging\, and distribution systems. And the Golden Temple at Bylakuppe\, also known as the Namdroling Monastery. This cultural visit offered a unique insight into Tibetan traditions\, monastic life\, and architectural beauty. The serene atmosphere of the monastery allowed students to reflect on values such as peace\, discipline\, and community living.
