A two-day Bootcamp on “Communication & Interpersonal Skills” was organized by the Research & Development Committee and Institute Innovation Council, in association with Visvesvaraya Research and Innovation Foundation (VRIF), on 12th and 13th March 2026 at Coorg Institute of Technology.
The programme was conducted under the Samsodhana Programme 2025–26 to enhance the communication, interpersonal, presentation, and professional skills of students and faculty. Mr. Santhosh Ittanagi, Co-Founder of VRIF, served as the resource person.
The sessions provided valuable insights into effective communication, teamwork, and professional interaction. Participants actively engaged in various learning activities and discussions.
The programme encouraged students to develop confidence and improve their presentation skills. It also promoted knowledge sharing and collaboration between CIT and VRIF. The bootcamp concluded with a valedictory ceremony attended by dignitaries, faculty members, and students.
