The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, under the AVINYAM Student Association, successfully organized the Grand 30 Yard Cricket Tournament 2025 on 11th October 2025 at CIT College Ground 1. The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, showcasing remarkable teamwork, competitive spirit, and sportsmanship. After a series of exciting matches, Team #Respect, led by Captain Dharshan A M, emerged as the winners of the tournament, while Team Alpha, captained by Charan Chengappa, secured the runners-up position. Individual excellence was also recognized, with Deekshith Rai B U (CS&E) being awarded Batsman of the Tournament and Charan Chengappa (CS&E) receiving the title of Bowler of the Tournament. The event concluded on a high note, celebrating unity, talent, and the spirit of healthy competition among students.
