UTKARSH 2K26, organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning under the banner of AVINYAM Student Association, was conducted on 9 June 2026 at the AI & ML Lab, Coorg Institute of Technology. The event provided a platform for 4th Semester AI & ML students to showcase their innovative mini projects, demonstrating technical proficiency, creativity, and problem-solving skills in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. M. Basavaraj, Principal, CIT, in the presence of faculty members and students. Among the various projects presented, the project “MathLens”, developed by Jeevitha and Aysha Mizna K. R., secured the First Prize for its innovative approach and practical application, while the project “CDMS”, developed by Shamanth Subbaiah C. S., A. N. Deepak, and Aryan Somaiah, was awarded the Second Prize for its technical excellence and effective implementation. The event successfully fostered innovation, teamwork, and experiential learning, highlighting the talent and technical capabilities of the AI & ML students.
