A guest talk on “Sustainable Water Practices and Rainwater Utilization” was organized on Friday, 4th October 2024, at 10:30 AM in MLH 201 for the 3rd semester students. The session aimed to raise awareness about environmental responsibility and promote efficient methods of water management. Mrs. Ramya H.N, Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, served as the resource person and delivered an insightful presentation covering key topics such as rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge, and sustainable water usage techniques. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, she emphasized the importance of conserving water resources and encouraged students to adopt practical and eco-friendly approaches in their daily lives. The session was well-received and proved to be both educational and inspiring for all participants.
